Group walks include a minimum of 1 hr in the park, commute time is not included in the walk time.
Your dog will be collected, transported safely (if needed) and walked for the duration specified, then returned to your home and left in the room of your choice. Dogs will be towelled off if the towel is left by the door, but may not be 100% clean. If no safe space is provided and no instructions were given where to leave the dog, we will not accept responsibility for damage, including but not limited to, laundry bills. Food and water can be topped up on your request when we return the dog.
Pick-up and drop-off of the dog is included in our catchment area. Transporting dogs from or to other locations may incur an extra fee.
Collection and drop-off time windows are approximate and may be affected by traffic/roadworks or other influences outside our control.
Dog sitting includes 3 walks a day, play and exercise on walks and cuddles at home.
Where a dog sitting booking extends beyond 24 hours but does not include the following night, a full day fee will be applied

We must be advised upon any behaviour, allergy, control or aggression problems. Owners are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet to property or a third party such as animal or human.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog deemed in our discretion to be, or have the potential to be, dangerous or disruptive.
For reactive dogs, those with behaviour issues, dogs that have bitten before or we may be concerned they might, we will need a behaviour consultation before allowing them on our walks.
We reserve the right to use a muzzle as we deem appropriate for dogs in our care.
1:1 walks may be required for reactive dogs.
We will only let dogs off the lead only when we receive an off the lead consent from you in writing. Off-lead walking will remain at our discretion.
During normal dog play, dogs may sustain injuries, and whilst dog play is monitored, scratches, punctures, torn ligaments and other injuries may occur despite supervision.
Bitches in season cannot be taken on group walks. A toilet break or an individual walk may be available instead.
If you would like us to administer any medication to your dog, we can only do it if you provide written approval from your vet.
Weather
We walk dogs in all weather conditions.
During periods of severe weather walks may be cancelled or rearranged, or we may offer a toilet break instead. In such circumstances, the fee will not be refunded as the weather is something out of our control.
Emergency Care
If your dog requires medical attention, we will do everything possible to contact you and obtain the right treatment for your dog in a timely manner. In the event that we were unable to reach you, we may take medical decisions on your behalf for the care of your dog.
We will seek veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by your usual/preferred vet, but this cannot be guaranteed in an emergency.
